Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and use of the trading toolkit package ("Package") offered by BishopFX ("BFX"). By purchasing and/or using the Package, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not purchase or use the Package.

The Package consists of tools, scripts, and resources designed to assist in trading activities. These tools are based on historical and real-time data, coupled with human input that includes intuitive decision-making. BFX does not guarantee financial wealth, trading success, or specific trading outcomes. The effectiveness of the Package may vary based on individual user strategies, market conditions, and other factors beyond BFX's control.

BFX expressly disclaims any guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the effectiveness, accuracy, or reliability of the Package. The use of the Package is at your own risk. BFX makes no warranties that the Package will meet your requirements or expectations.

Users are solely responsible for the decisions made while using the Package. BFX does not assume any liability for financial losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from the use of the Package. Users should exercise caution, conduct their own research, and seek independent financial advice as needed.

The Package undergoes testing based on historical and real-time data. However, past performance is not indicative of future results. The efficacy of the Package may vary over time and under different market conditions. Human intuition is incorporated into the development and use of the Package. All sales of the Package are final. BFX does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason.

In no event shall BFX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Package, even if BFX has been advised of the possibility of such damages. BFX reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Package after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and BFX regarding the Package, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
